The Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals is the only statewide association in

MAESP Membership Categories
Active - $279
Restricted to those who hold a valid elementary principal and/or middle school principal's certificate or have a major responsibility for supervision and administration of an elementary and/or middle school, regardless of title, and persons who are actively engaged in educational research, professional education, elementary or middle school administration.
Retired - $25
Lifetime Retired - $279
Reserved for retired elementary or middle school administrators.
Institutional - $330
Reserved for institutions of higher education and the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
Student/Aspiring - $25
Reserved for persons not serving in an elementary and/or middle school administrative or supervisory capacity.
Associate - $150
Reserved for those who are not eligible for other types of membership.
First Year Principal - $139.50

Individual - $215
Available to all practicing
principals, assistant principals, and others employed in professional work related to
the elementary and middle school principalship. Includes all NAESP programs and services.
NAESP Institutional - $260
Includes an active membership and a duplicate set of NAESP regular professional publications for the institution.
NAESP Emeritus - $108
Retired Active members continue to enjoy all NAESP programs and services, including Principal magazine, plus AARP membership! This is perfect for retirees who want to stay connected and to give back. Emeritus members also enjoy NAESP's Legal Benefits Program, which gives you peace of mind against unexpected legal fees for proceedings that may suddenly be directed against you even years after retiring.
NAESP Retired - $55
Retired Active members receive Principal magazine, but no legal benefits protection.
