Mission Statement - The Vermont Principals' Association exists to coordinate the collective interests and needs of school leaders and to enhance their professional growth and competency for the purpose of improving the quality of educational opportunities for the youth of Vermont.

VPA members may:

Access resources such as e-newsletters and salary surveys;
Utilize legal services;
Receive legal and legislative updates;
Access Members Only web site features such as member e-mail database, newsletter archive and the Inside Scoop column.

Active [$310]	Available to practicing principals, assistant principals, and others involved in professional work related to the principalship.
Aspiring Principals [$50]	Aspiring Principals may join the VPA as an 'Associate Member'.
Retired [$25]	Available to all retired active members.
Athletic Director [$160]	Athletic Directors may join the VPA as an 'Associate Member'.

	NAESP Membership Categories The National Association of Elementary School Principals complements VPA's benefits by providing a wide range of services to meet the needs of elementary and middle level principals.
Active [$215]	Available to practicing principals, assistant principals, and others involved in professional work related to the elementary and middle school principalship.
Institutional Active [$260]	Includes an active membership and duplicate set of member publications for the institution.
