The NAESP Election Audit Board met on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at the Association office for the purpose of supervising the opening and counting of the ballots for this year's election. Following are the election results:

For the position of President-Elect:
Diane Cargile, Principal, Rio Grande Elementary School, Terre Haute, IN 

For the position of Director, Zone 1:
David Cobb, Principal, Lyndon Town School, Lyndonville, VT 

For the position of Director, Zone 2:
Lou Della Barca, Principal, C.J. Davenport Primary/Elementary School, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 

For the position of Director, Zone 8:
Deborah Ayers-Geist, Principal, Oak Grove Elementary School, Kansas City, KS
