What do I do if I’ve forgotten my ID number?
If you don’t have your NAESP Member ID number, e-mail your name and address to membership@naesp.org or call NAESP at 1.800.386.2377 or 703.684.3345 Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Eastern time and ask for Membership Services.
Placing Your Order
How can I place my order?
There are several ways to place your order:
- Online at www.naesp.org/nprc (members receive a 10% discount off the member price.)

- Complete a Print/Fax Order Form and fax it to 1.800.396.2377 or 703.549.5568
- Complete a Print/Fax Order Form and
mail to NAESP, Attn: NPRC, 1615 Duke Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.
- Call NAESP at 1.800.386.2377 or 703.684.3345 Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Eastern time and ask for the Resource Center.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA.
Can I pay by Purchase Order?
Yes, as long as there is no outstanding balance of more than 60 days on your account.
What options do you offer for paying for online orders?

Will I get an invoice with my order?
The invoice is included with the order if the “Bill To” address is the same as the “Ship To” address.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. Quantity discounts are provided on quantities of the same title shipped to the same address on the same invoice. Quantity discounts do not apply to Student Council resources. Please call in your order to receive quantity discounts.

How do I buy/use NPRC Gift Certificates?

Shipping and Handling
When will my order arrive?
Normal delivery is 5-10 working days.
How will my order be shipped?
- Orders shipped within the United States normally go via the U.S. Postal Service as First Class/Priority Mail or UPS ground, whichever is the most cost effective.
- Orders shipped to U.S. territories and foreign countries normally go via the U.S. Postal Service as Air Mail.
Can I get my order faster?
Yes. You can call the Resource Center at 1.800.386.2377 or 703.684.3345 and ask for immediate shipping or if you are ordering online, place your request in the Comments block. Your order will be shipped the day we receive it using the normal procedures described in the above paragraph. The invoice will arrive separately. There is no additional charge for this service.
We also provide accelerated delivery (next day, 2nd day, etc) service to addresses in the U.S. upon request. Call the Resource Center at 1.800.386.2377 or 703.684.3345 for a price quote.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns in resalable condition are generally accepted up to 30 days from date of delivery.
Do I need authorization to return something?
Return authorization is not necessary.
Where do I send my return?
Send returns to NAESP, Attn: NPRC, 1615 Duke Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.
Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip and the reason for return. We suggest you ship the return via a traceable method (such as UPS). NAESP is not responsible for returns not received.
How can I receive a catalog?
To receive an NPRC Catalog, go to http://web.naesp.org/store/epcform.htm.
